Return Policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please include a tracking number with your return.
Once we have received the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded.
All returns must be registered through our customer service.
Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following:
- Your order number
- The item that is damaged
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
If your parcel was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it to our customer service team.
All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement without proof of damage verified by our support team.
Incorrect Items
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item received
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product and place a new order for the correct item.
Return Shipping
- For faulty, damaged, or defective products: no return shipping costs will be charged
- For all other returns (e.g. wrong item ordered, does not fit, or no longer wanted): the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and must provide a return receipt
